GAIN is both a program and a platform.
As an online community, it's a space for action but also for belonging.

GAIN is a platform for IofC alumni, giving them an online space where they feel empowered to talk about their work, and where they will find support. It's an incubator for changemakers in their journeys as leaders of social change.

GAIN's also a program that gives alumni the chance to recreate some of the wonderful exercises they partook in as part of CSP. That might mean online webinars and discussion groups, chances for learning and career development, and networking opportunities.

Looking around: Building trust and dialogue with those around us

How can we help?

• Regional conferences will get you in touch with others working in your area - whether that's your area of interest of your geography - so that you can stay connected.

• We'll build an online community of people dedicated to the same cause, so that you can take inspiration and advice from one another.

GLOBAL

Looking out: Meeting global and local needs by challenging the system

How can we help?

• We'll help you to look at the structures that inform the power systems around you, and challenge the narratives that uphold them.

• We'll get you connected to your peers' struggles, so that you can show solidarity and change things together.

• We'll help you on your path towards making global change with small grants where possible.
